Terms and Conditions for Air Warrior Aviation
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the services provided by Air Warrior Aviation (hereinafter referred to as 'Air Warrior Aviation'), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services:
Air Warrior Aviation offers a range of Aviation training and education services, including but not limited to aviation training, Pilot training, Pilot ground classes, Pilot flying classes. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Air Warrior Aviation and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to training content, and other materials provided by Air Warrior Aviation remain the property of Air Warrior Aviation or its licensors.
- The client shall own all intellectual property rights to any materials provided by the client to Air Warrior Aviation for the purpose of training and education.
4. Confidentiality:
Both Air Warrior Aviation and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed to each other during the course of the training.
5. Payment:
Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Air Warrior Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the performance or non-performance of this agreement.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party. In case of termination by the client, the client shall be responsible for all outstanding payments.
8. Indemnification:
Air Warrior Aviation shall indemnify and hold the client harmless from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Air Warrior Aviation's negligence or breach of this agreement.
9. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian constitution and jurisdiction.
10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through a dispute resolution method, such as mediation or arbitration as recommended by the laws of the Indian constitution and jurisdiction.
